Wild areas, bird boxes, hedgehog feeding stations and slow worm slates all support local wildlife in the Community Garden.
Carbon Neutral Aldbourne set up the Community Garden in Whitley Road in 2021.
The plot is home to fruit trees which are a part of the community orchard. We have added 6 raised beds to grow fruit, veg, herbs and flowers.
The garden is always open and we welcome anyone who wants to help with food growing, harvesting and eating of the produce.
Organised volunteer sessions are run every other Saturday between 2 – 4pm. Check out our Facebook Group for further details.
